The National Association for Ethnic Studies (NAES) is proud to offer a list of senior ethnic studies faculty who are willing to assist universities in Ethnic Studies Program Reviews. NAES understands that Program Review is integral to assessment and the academic planning process at the departmental, college and university levels.
Our assistance in this endeavor is intended to improve the quality of the academic programs in the field of ethnic studies. We further acknowledge that with the increasing demands for greater accountability within higher education institutions are more closely examining their academic programs and practices to assess their quality, efficiency and impact on student learning outcomes.
Our senior members offer assistance in Ethnic Studies Program Review that is comprehensive and enables academic units to engage in a thorough evaluation of the status, strengths and weaknesses of their degree programs and determine the extent to which departmental and institutional goals and objectives are aligned. Through a careful evaluation we hope to ensure the continuance and growth of ethnic studies program, that the standards of excellence are maintained, and that schools and departments have the opportunity to plan strategically for the future.
